The Yashwantrao Chavan Law College will be organising a state level moot court competition on January 21. The subject for this years competition is impeachment proceedings against high court judge in the parliament on the ground of corrupt practices. The competition will be inaugurated by S D Tulankar, District Judge and additional sessions judge. About 18 law colleges from across the state will participate in the event.
