How To Apply
Prospectus & Application Form can be obtained from THE DIRECTOR, DIRECTORATE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION, KUVEMPU UNIVERSITY, JNANA SAHYADRI, SHANKARAGHATTA - 577451, KARNATAKA, in person OR by sending a requisition along with a self addressed envelope of size 10X12 inch with postal stamps worth Rs.40/- affixed on the envelope, and a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.150/- towards the cost of Prospectus & Application Form, drawn in favour of The FINANCE OFFICER, KUVEMPU UNIVERSITY, payable at State Bank of Mysore, Jnana Sahyadri/ State Bank of India, Shankaraghatta/ any Nationalized Bank payable at Shimoga and addressed to the Director, DDE.

Amount in any other form like M.O/I.P.O etc., will not be accepted. These shall also be available at Sahyadri Colleges, Shimoga; P.G Centre, Kadur; and Head Post Office, Shimoga, and authorized Student Counselling Centres.
